Hi! My name is Duncan Keeley. I’m an unconventional Creative Director, Art Director, Production Artist, Graphic and Motion Designer, and Illustrator, in Ontario Canada who wants to help you roll your projects out the door in any medium. I’ll take care of site comps, process the budget, manage the team, make renderings, grow the team, collect links, adjust folds and tweak dielines according to your specifications, or train somebody on how. That is, just as soon as you provide me with a docket.
I’ll do all of that, and, I’ll meet your deadlines, which were probably yesterday, as they always are. Time is money and negative time equals positive money. As an Illustrator and Cartoonist, I can help you tap into a realm of creative possibilities for those times when you need a picture of a meeting, in a presentation deck, to help visualize the presentation of a meeting. I’m not kidding, that’s happened before.

I bring to the table a 15 year career of busy agency and corporate experience juggling multiple clients, challenges, and timelines. I’ve worked on many different complex print products varying from giant tents and banners to tiny coupon books. If you can fold it in corrugate, I’ve put some sort of graphic on it that you’ve probably looked at.
Every time you reach into your mailbox and pick-up that piece of junk mail just to cast it aside as garbage, that was my baby and a village raised it, and it was taken from us. Enjoy your coupon.

Remember BBS's and 2400 baud modems? Its come a long way for us nerds. Need the UI tweaked? Want it to bounce across the screen squash and explode? Need a template skinned? Banner ads, social posts, motion design, animated HTML5, retargeting, reach the KPI, emails, I’ve done my time, lets just get it ready for launch.
We rendered it out at 320p because that is the size in the specs you sent me. If it's not what you need I'm happy to change, but note that new ratios may force rearrange. Digital poet and didn't even know it.

I'll have it all figured out by the time we reach the Frontier.

I'm not a typical designer; I don't always enjoy fashion over function, because I believe that fashion should enhance the function. Maybe that is typical, all I know is I just beat to my own drum with an unquenchable thirst for typography, and sharing tips and tricks of the trade. I will make your project look great, and add a flash to make it pop.
I’m here to help visions become reality and I’ll make things just as the client requests, providing input along the way. Even if I’m sent requested changes in a PowerPoint file, that’s of a screen grab, which has been cut and pasted together like a first year field medic, under sustained fire.

I illustrate and draw cartoons in my downtime, as well as semi-professionally. This has won me a few awards along the way and gives all the nonsense a place to vomit. It’s a talent that allows me to do a number of things for any client/employer from storyboards to conceptualization renderings or even one-off illustrations for presentation decks.
I like to incorporate a mix of traditional and digital mediums with my personal work. Which in turn means, yes I can draw on paper with a pencil. A skill, you’d be surprised to know, that has been lost to these damn digital kids. Get off my lawn.
