Colgate

Pearly Whites

Five years is a long time to spend at an agency and I have for you some samples of work spanning some of that time. I personally made the pillars of light, long story of faking box art, which is just some Photoshop trick to make the box appear shiny on its metal substrate in a 3D rendering for various group shots.

Print

All the print!

With a heavy focus on free standing inserts, magazine ads and neat direct mail pieces, Colgate always has a great project to find its place in the print world. Brush your teeth and make them white. We’ve noticed. It’s embarrassing, but more for you. I’m sorry we had to be the one to tell you. Here’s an extra brush at half price.

Project Details

Client: Colgate

While at: 6Degrees

Date: 2011 - 2015

There was a bunch of rendering construction from flat packaging in a lot of these pieces. Something that I enjoy doing. We had a few die cut pieces along the way, shelf wobblers, folding direct mailers and some Costco sized trays and bonus packs, the list goes on and on and on.
Colgate projects are always a joy because they always provide flat packaging files so you can strip and repurpose the elements into ads and displays. It really keeps things cohesive, and we get a chance to see all the crazy varnishes and Pantones used in a proper printing process.
